Kerstin Krauser-Felsch – collage of portraits and impressions from Scandinavia

It’s lovely to have you here.

My name is Kerstin Krauser-Felsch. I am in my sixties and draw on my experience and knowledge as a woman, mother and clarity coach to support others.

For more than 40 years, I have been searching for my authentic self. I founded Women’s Exchange and support open-minded, change-ready women as they move OUT OF dependency patterns and INTO their authentic SELF.

Then there is another completely different and very special part of my life:

Our Auszeit-Oase in central Sweden. I am its guardian.

It is a very special place that gives you strength, in the middle of the forest and right by the water. A place where you can retreat, breathe out, recharge your energy and find your direction again. A place where you can take a step away from everyday life and reconnect with what truly matters.

The Auszeit-Oase is not only a place for women or coaching.

Women and men, couples and friends can also rent it as a regular holiday home.

If you simply want to spend a few beautiful days or weeks in Swedish nature, sit by the water, enjoy the forest, read in front of the fire or simply slow down, you have come to the right place.

Coaching, taking time out or an ordinary holiday — you decide what this place is for you.

Rather than listing all my qualifications and certificates, I would much rather tell you a little about myself. That way, you can get a direct feeling for who I am and how I work.

At the age of 20, I went my own way — against my father’s wishes. I made unconventional decisions and tried to stay true to myself. At the time, I did so mostly intuitively and without really understanding what I was doing. I simply did not yet have the experience and knowledge I have today.

What has brought me to where I am today — happy, independent and largely financially free, with much more joy and ease in my life — is what I now love sharing in my encounters and formats for women, both online and offline.

And sometimes you do not need more knowledge. Sometimes you need space. Stillness. Nature. Time for yourself.

That is precisely what the Auszeit-Oase is for.

Today, I am:

  • simply myself
  • independent and free
  • lovingly connected with myself, my partner, my surroundings and many like-minded women — and men 😊
  • still curious about everything life has to offer and always ready to try new things
  • grateful for who I am and what I have — my world is exciting and full of colour

I prefer not to surround myself with women who constantly complain and look for someone else to blame.

Women who believe they are worthy of learning new things, growing and changing — those are the women I love working with.

What has shaped me into the person I am today

My life has never been a straight line.

  • I have been through a divorce and married again.
  • I have made a blended family work and learned to let go of my children with love when the time was right.
  • I have lived in a long-distance relationship with more than 1,700 kilometres between us and spent several months each year far away from my partner.
  • I have learned what it means to be soulmates — with all the ups and downs — and I have explored my own sexuality.
  • In 2021, the once-in-a-century flood in the Eifel shook the foundations of our home — but not mine. Afterwards, I lived on a building site for a year and a half with my husband and our 23-year-old cat.
  • For part of the year, I live in a women’s household with three generations, together with my mother and my daughter. In summer, I am in Sweden with my husband.

Walk on hot coals. Walk barefoot on broken glass. Go skydiving. Go winter swimming.

I try the things other people only read about.

I did not learn any of this from a textbook. I lived through it. Full stop. That is the foundation of everything I share today.

“Every woman is a unique and valuable diamond — perhaps still uncut and unpolished, but with enormous potential and an incredible brilliance. That brilliance deserves to be discovered and allowed to shine — for her own sake and for as many others as possible.”

In loving connection, anything is possible.

This is who I am.

I am a “real girl” — or at least that is how I feel, even though I am over 60. On the outside, I am fairly simple: no make-up and dressed casually. At the same time, I love the beautiful things in life, a little sparkle and glamour and, sometimes, a touch of luxury.

I love good food — and it shows. When an idea takes root, I want to put it into action immediately. Patience is not my greatest strength, but I have plenty of perseverance. When I want something, I see no obstacles, no excuses and nothing else that could stop me.

I am not perfect, but I am whole. I am unique and individual — just like every other woman on this planet. I am also simply human and allow myself to make mistakes without feeling guilty. I speak directly and express myself clearly. That is not always appreciated — and that is okay.

With me, you can be sure that I am genuine when I share what I MYSELF feel and think. I do so with the firm belief that it is always intended for the other person’s benefit. It is important to me to show the greatest possible respect and appreciation.

I love nature, especially Scandinavia’s forests, lakes and landscapes, as well as our Auszeit-Oase in central Sweden. Every now and then, I also need to travel south, see other countries and the sea and allow myself to be thoroughly pampered.

I enjoy being around people and love working with women of all ages and from different backgrounds, regardless of the challenges they are facing. At the same time, I am equally happy being alone with myself and my SELF. I do not feel that anything is missing.

I am not here to preach or convince anyone. I leave it to each person to decide for themselves whether what I share is right for them. I see myself as someone who gives courage, shows direction and helps others find their own way.

Clarity Coach

As a clarity coach, I help women see more clearly WHO they are, WHAT they want and which path feels right for them.

Please note: My coaching is currently offered in German only.

Guardian of the
Auszeit-Oase

As guardian of the Auszeit-Oase, I care for and develop a place where people can step away, breathe out, recharge their energy and simply BE themselves.

If you wish, take whatever feels meaningful to you and leave the rest behind.

Our Auszeit-Oase in central Sweden

A very special place. In summer, in winter, by the river.

A very special place to take time out.

Or simply a holiday home for anyone who wants to experience Sweden, enjoy nature and have a truly wonderful time.

You do not have to look for anything, change anything or work on yourself. You can simply come here and enjoy your holiday.

Now you know a little more about who I am and how I work. I would also love to learn more about you, so feel free to write and tell me what is on your mind right now.

I look forward to hearing from you Kerstin
